|Open the 'Task Scheduler' ('Start | All Programs | Accessories | System Tools') and select 'Create Basic Task' (highlighted in the screen-shot)...|
|... to launch the 'Create a Basic Task' wizard. Enter a meaningful 'Name' and 'Description' for the 'Task' before moving on by clicking 'Next'...|
|... to the 'Task Trigger' where you set the desired interval for the 'Task' to run.|
|You now set the 'Start Date' and 'Time' you want the 'Task' to run.|
|By default, the 'Action' selected will be 'Start a program'.|
|The next window allows you to 'Browse' to the location of the 'EXE' file...|
... which is normally installed in the following location:
'C:\Program Files\Oak Telecom\ai office'
Select 'report.exe'. Add '/AUTO' (highlighted in the screen-shot) and click 'Next'.
|Check the 'Open the Properties...' check box (highlighted) before clicking the 'Finish' button.|
|Set the 'Task' to "Run whether user is logged on or not" and 'Run with highest privileges', then click 'OK'.|
|The last setting required is to enter the 'Password' for the 'User'.|
