Tasks Scheduler in Windows 2000 and XP

File 457Selects 'Scheduled Tasks' from'Start | Programs | Accessories | System Tools' and click the 'Add Scheduled Task' icon. This opens the'Scheduled Task Wizard'.
File 458Scroll through the installed programs to locate and highlight 'aioffice Reports' or 'Report 09' depending on what level of software you have.
File 459Selects the 'Schedule' interval, which in this example has been set to 'Daily'.
File 460Once the 'Start' time has been set, select when the task should be performed, which in this example is every weekday.
File 461You must then enter the system or network 'Password' to enable the 'Task' to be performed by Windows.
File 462The last of the 'Wizard' windows is now displayed. You must click the 'Open advanced properties...' checkbox to add a 'Command Line' switch to the 'Run' command.
File 463Add '<space>/AUTO' to the 'Run' Command Line by typing this into the field. This switch must be added to the 'Command Line' to actually run the reports automatically.
File 464When the 'Apply' button is clicked, you will have to enter the system or network 'Password' to validate the change.
File 465Finally, click 'OK' to confirm the change made and close the 'Advanced Properties' window.
