Use the following Data Collection method in Comms Suite Setup: - Collection Type = Cisco SFTP Server
- Configure = Username and Password of the Cisco controller
Use the following Translation method in Comms Suite Setup: - Manufacturer = Cisco
- Device = CUCM
- Translator = Cisco Call Manager 5.1 (XFER)
You will need to have the following setup: - The SMDR of the phone system should be enabled and pointed to the IP address of the PC / Server of where the call accounting software is installed on
- The PC / Server needs to be on the same network as the telephone system
