Aastra Intelligate


You will need to know the following:

  • The IP Address of the phone system
  • The SMDR port number of the phone system to connect to
  • The model of your phone system

You will need to have the following setup:

  • The SMDR of the phone system should be enabled
  • The port number to which you are connecting to should be added as an exception on your firewall
  • The PC / Server needs to be on the same network as the telephone system

Use the following Data Collection method in Comms Suite Setup:

  • Collection Type = Telnet
  • Configure = The IP address of the phone system and the SMDR port number 

Use the following Translation method in Comms Suite Setup:

  • Manufacturer = Aastra
  • Device = Intelligate
  • Translator = Aastra Intelligate OIP
