You will need to know the following: - The port number of the phone system to connect to
- The model of your phone system
You will need to have the following setup: - Enable the SMDR
- Output the SMDR to the IP address of the PC / Server that has the Report call accounting software installed
- Select a port number to output the SMDR through
- The port number to which you are connecting to should be added as an exception on your firewall
- The PC / Server needs to be on the same network as the telephone system
