Report call accounting collecting and translating SMDR

To complete the basic install, you need to collect and translate the telephone system's SMDR / CDR records...

For each site that will be monitored, a site will need to be created in the 'Telephone System' table under the 'Standard Settigns Tab' .  This is done via 'Comm Suite Setup'... 

File 336To open 'Comm Suite Setup', you click the "Comm Suite Setup" link on the Oak 'Quick Launch' (located in the Tooltray)...
File 338... and enter the 'Password' to log in to 'Setup'.  By default, the username is "Supervisor" and the password is "red".
File 337To open the ‘Telephone System’ click the "Telephone System" hyperlink in the 'Standard Setting’ pane on the left of the window.
File 339With an empty table, the only option available is ‘Add Group’ (the only active button). The user can either right-click the mouse or click the 'Add Group' button on the toolbar, which opens...

File 340... a ‘Group Details’ box where the name of the company is entered. Enter the name in the text box and click the ‘OK’ button to close the ‘Details’ box. The new group will now appear under the ‘All Sites’ icon.

A ‘+’ button has now appeared alongside ‘All Sites’, indicating a ‘branch’ on the ‘tree’.

File 341Now that the table contains an entry, highlight the 'Group'entry in the table and all four toolbar buttons will become active.

To add a ‘Site’ to the table, select the group which the new'Site' will come under and either right-click the mouse or click the 'Add Item' button on the toolbar, which opens...
