To complete the basic install, you need to collect and translate the telephone system's SMDR / CDR records...
For each site that will be monitored, a site will need to be created in the 'Telephone System' table under the 'Standard Settigns Tab' . This is done via 'Comm Suite Setup'...
To open 'Comm Suite Setup', you click the "Comm Suite Setup" link on the Oak 'Quick Launch' (located in the Tooltray)... |
... and enter the 'Password' to log in to 'Setup'. By default, the username is "Supervisor" and the password is "red". |
To open the ‘Telephone System’ click the "Telephone System" hyperlink in the 'Standard Setting’ pane on the left of the window. |
With an empty table, the only option available is ‘Add Group’ (the only active button). The user can either right-click the mouse or click the 'Add Group' button on the toolbar, which opens... |

... a ‘Group Details’ box where the name of the company is entered. Enter the name in the text box and click the ‘OK’ button to close the ‘Details’ box. The new group will now appear under the ‘All Sites’ icon.
Now that the table contains an entry, highlight the 'Group'entry in the table and all four toolbar buttons will become active.
