Click the ‘radio button’ to select the ‘Reporting Client’, then click ‘Next’.
The next installation step is to enter the computer network path for the ‘Name’ (or ‘IP Address’) of the PC running the report X ‘Collection Server’ install and the report X shared folder name. By default this will be ‘\\MachineName\AI Office’, e.g. ‘\\Call-Logger\AI Office’. The double back slash indicates this is a network path.
Once the path has been entered into the field, clicking ‘Next’ will test for the location of the ‘Collection Server’ and report the result.
... the ‘Select Destination Folder’ window. You can select an alternative destination folder but we strongly recommend the default location, ‘C:/Program Files/Oak Telecom/AI Office’ is used.
... opens the ‘Select Start Menu Folder’, which by default is ‘Oak Telecom | AI Office’. You can browse to a different location but we strongly recommend accepting the default setting.
‘Ready to Install’ is the final window of the wizard, prior to the software being loaded onto the system.
The progress of the software installation is shown on the bar-graph in the ‘Installing’ window.
When all the files have all been installed onto the computer, the ‘Setup Complete’ window is displayed.
