To 'Run' an 'Evaluation', double-click the required 'Evaluation'... |
Note: You cannot edit either the 'Filter' or 'Questionnaire' while the 'Evaluation' is open or actually running. If you find you have selected the wrong 'Evaluation', you can close it by clicking the 'Back' button. Click the check-box adjacent to the 'User Created' field (highlighted in the screen-shot) before clicking the 'Run Evaluation' button. |
If you do not, the system will remind you to click the check-box. |
As soon as the 'Filter' has been run, the system creates a 'Playlist' which you can 'Open'. |
Once all the 'Call Recordings' have been downloaded, you can start the 'Evaluation' by clicking the 'Agent Evaluation' tab (highlighted in the screen-shot)... |
On the right of the the 'Answer' box is a text field you can use to note down any 'Comments' you wish to make. Note: Currently these 'Comments' are only available by opening the 'Call Recording' in 'Call Player'. However they will be included in a 'Report' in a future release of the software. When you have selected an 'Answer' for the 'Question', clicking 'Next' will move on to the next 'Question' in the sequence. |
The preceding 'Question' tab has now changed from red to green indicating the question has been answered. |
Once you have answered the last 'Question' in your 'Evaluation' clicking 'Next'... |
... opens the next 'Call Recording' in the 'Playlist' and resets the 'Questions', opening'Question 1' ready for you to select the appropriate 'Answer'. |
When the last 'Call Recording' has been evaluated, the system asks you if you want to close the 'Call Player'. |
After the 'Evaluation Details' page has been refreshed, the 'Evaluation' you have just run will now be shown as 100% complete. |

To open 'Evaluation Management' select 'Management' from the 'Evaluation' option of the 'record' drop-menu.
To 'Run' an 'Evaluation', double-click the required 'Evaluation'...
... to open the 'Evaluation Details' page, showing the 'Name' and 'Description' of the 'Evaluation'.
If you do not, the system will remind you to click the check-box.

The 'Playlist' opens in the 'Call Player' and the first recording will automatically start playing whilst the remaining 'Call Recordings' on the list are being downloaded from the server.
