To open 'Evaluation Reports', select 'Reports' from the 'Evaluation' option of the 'record' drop-menu.
Note: The 'Evaluation' option will only be displayed on the menu if you have the relevant permissions. |
When the 'Evaluation Reports' page opens, if an 'Evaluation' has been 'Run' then the 'Report' will be displayed. If an 'Evaluation' has yet to be 'Run' the 'Evaluation Run' field will show 'No Completed Runs' and the main pane will be empty.

The main bar is used to select which 'Report' should be run. The options are:
- Select Evaluation - selected from the drop-menu
- Evaluation Run - selected from the drop-menu. If the 'Evaluation' has yet to be 'Run', the only option will be 'No Completed Runs')
- Report Style - either 'Summary' or 'Detail'

Report Toolbar
Running across the top of each 'Report' is a 'Toolbar' which offers you the following features:
Display the Search Window, which opens... |
... a 'Search' window that enables you to locate a specific entry in a 'Report'. |
Print the report button, which opens the standard Windows 'Print' dialogue window. |
Print the current page button, which selects the currently displayed page for printing and opens the standard Windows 'Print' dialogue window. |
Report Navigation From left to right the options are:
- First page
- Previous page
- Current page - you can select a specific page using the drop-menu on the right of the field
- Number of pages in the 'Report'
- Next page
- Last page

Report Export
Export a Report and save it to disk - opens a standard 'File Download' window enabling you to 'Save' the 'Report'. |
Export a report and show it in a new window - opens a new window showing the 'Report' in the selected format. |
Export file format - enables you to select the file format for the 'Export'; the options being: - PDF - Platform independent file format
- XLS - Excel spreadsheet
- XLSX - Excel 2007 spreadsheet file
- RTF - Rich Text File compatible with WP (no images)
- MHT - as an archive HTML file
- Text - standard TXT file
- CSV - Comma Separated Variable file
- Image - a PNG file
