The 'Evaluation' facility is provided to enable Team Leaders, Managers and those with Administrative rights to conduct a review process in the progress of the various 'Campaigns' being run on the system, using the 'Call Recordings' as the basis of the analysis process. This 'Evaluation' process is normally used to see which how staff are performing. ♣ Note: The 'Evaluation' upgrade option is only available to those who have purchased the 'Premium' or 'Enterprise' versions of record X. Only those 'Users' with the appropriate permissions will be able to access this feature within recordX. An 'Evaluation' relies on a 'Questionnaire' that comprises of a number of 'Sections', which contain 'Questions'. These are used to 'score' the performance of the 'Agent' when the 'Call Recordings' are reviewed by the Team Leader or Manager. The 'Questions' can be a 'Yes/No', 'Value', 'Radio Group' or 'Checkbox Group'. Before you attempt to create a new 'Questionnaire', we would strongly recommend drafting out the exact form the 'Evaluation' will take on paper We suggest you configure and perform an 'Evaluation' in the following order: Create a 'Questionnaire' Create a 'Filter' to be used by the 'Evaluation' Create an 'Evaluation' Run the 'Evaluation' Run the 'Evaluation Reports'
