File 110... open the 'License Agreement'. You have to accept the agreement by clicking the radio button (highlighted in the screen-shot) to continue the installation and activate the'Next' button.


File 111By default the 'Install OptiLogix PCI Card Driver Support' option will be selected.

You can make multiple selections for driver support - please select all those that apply. The bottom option is only applicable to the optional recording of Mobile Calls.

Note: If you are installing a USB-based Call Recorder then please de-select the 'Card' option and select...


File 112... 'Install USB DX Driver Support' 

File 113The 'Mobile Recording' option should only be selected if you have purchased the optional module for recordX.


File 114Once you have selected the 'Driver Support' to be installed, the last option prior to the software install is where to place the shortcut. We strongly recommend you accept the default option and click 'Next'...


File 115... to launch the software install.


File 116Depending on the 'Driver Support' option you have selected, you may see this warning message.

Please select the 'Continue Anyway' option to enable the install to continue.


File 117When the recordX install is complete, you will be asked to 'Restart' the PC. Please do so to ensure the installation completes successfully and all the Oak 'Services' start.
