Statistic Panel

  • agent 09 - these statistics are only available if the Oak Wallboard is connected to an 'ACD' system (only available with Aastra)
  • report 09 - this will show call statistics
  • XML Feed - instead of a 'Call Statistic', the panel will display the contents of an 'XML' feed
  • Current Time - displays the current system time in the panel.

File 489The 'Roll over Time' is only applicable if you choos to display more than one 'Statistic' within the 'Status Pane'. The pane can show up to four different sets of 'Statistics' that are cycled through one at a time. The 'Roll over Time' (in seconds) is the duration each 'Statistic' is shown on-screen; the default setting being one second.

The time is adjusted using the up and down arrows on the right of the 'Time' field (highlighted in the screen-shot).

File 490The next drop-menu will change in accordance with the 'Statistics Type' selected above.

Note: The 'aiOffice Groups' available to the user are already configured elsewhere and cannot be changed by the user.

File 491The last of this set of menu's allows you to either select either the 'Whole Department' or a single 'Extension' from the drop-menu.

File 493If you have chosen report 09 as your statistic, you can use the drop-menu in the 'Statistic' panel with a single mouse-click. The options not shown in the screen-shot are:

File 494The 'Caption' field will, by default display the name of the chosen 'Statistic'. However, you can change this to something more suitable to the site.

The process of adding a 'Statistic' can be repeated to populate the remaining three tabs for this 'Panel'.

File 495The next settings 'Tab' for the 'Status Panel' controls the way the information is displayed. By default, the 'Caption' is on, the background is a light green to dark green gradient with the text displayed in 'Tahoma' font.

The un-checking the check-box on the right of 'Show Panel Caption' will turn off the 'Caption' display.

The second check-box toggles the position of the caption.

The next two fields control the 'Gradient Start' and 'Gradient End' colors.

If the 'Automatic Font Size' is ticked, the system will automatically adjust the size of the 'Font' for the size of the 'Panel'.

The next two 'Font' selectors control the 'Caption' and 'Statistics', and by default are set to 'Tahoma'.

The last button allows you to 'Copy font style to all panels' to ensure a uniform display style on the Wallboard.

File 496To change the background colour of the 'Status Panel', click the down-arrow on the right of the 'Gradient Start' to invoke ...
File 497... the drop-menu. You can either select one of the pre-defined colors on the menu or by clicking the 'Custom' entry...
File 498... you can invoke the Windows 'Color Picker', which allows you to define any color you like for the 'Gradient Start'.
File 499If the background is to be graduated, then it is best to select the light of the two colours for the top (Start). In this example 'Silver' has been selected for the 'Gradient Start' ...
File 500... and 'Gray' for the 'Gradient End'.

File 502The last of the settings 'Tabs' controls the 'Status Panel' behaviour if the 'Indicator' threshold is exceeded.

By default the 'Indicator' is set as off. New 'Indicators' can be created by the user in the by following the instructions here.

File 503To select the 'Indicator' option, click the down-arrow on the right of the field (highlighted in the screen-shot) and select the 'Indicator' with a single mouse-click.
File 504By default, the 'Indicator' 'Gradient Start' and'Gradient End' are both set to 'Black'. To change the colour(s), click the down-arrow (highlighted in the screen-shot').

File 505The user is also given the option of selecting a 'Sound' as an additional warning that an 'Indicator' threshold has been exceeded.

To select a particular 'Sound', click the down-arrow on the right of the field...

File 506... and select the sound from the list. The location of these files is 'C:\Windows\Media' which is the default for 'Windows Sounds'.
File 507The final field on the tab can be used to send an alert e-mail to a selected recipient or recipients. Multiple e-mail addresses should be separated by a semi-colon.
