List Panel

File 511... to open the 'List Panel Editor'. Dependent on the 'List Type' selected,  the secondary selection options will change. The 'List Type' to be shown is selected by clicking the down-arrow on the right of the 'List Type' field (highlighted in the screen-shot) to invoke ...

File 512... the drop-menu. The 'List' is selected with a single mouse-click, which saves the setting and closes the drop-menu. The options available are:

  • Queue Status - the status of calls currently 'Queued' within the 'ACD' system (only applicable for Aastra phone systems)
  • Agent Group Status - the current 'Status' of the'Agents' on a 'Group' basis (only applicable for Aastra phoen systems)
  • Indicator List - the current status of 'Indicators'
  • report List - displays a 'List' based on 'Group''List'and 'Extension' already configured within 'report X'.
  • XML List - the panel will display the contents of a 'XML' feed

File 513Once the 'List type' has been selected you will need to configure the secondary setting for the 'List Type':

  • Queue Status - (only applicable for Aastra phone systems)
  • Agent Group Status - (only applicable for Aastra phone systems)
  • Indicator List
    • report
      • No Filtering
      • By Department - by 'Department' grouping configured within Comms Suite Setup.
  • report List
    • report X Group - by 'Department' grouping configured within Comms Suite Setup.

      • Last 10 Calls
      • Top Ten Phones

      • Lost CLI Last Hour
    • report Extension
  • XML List (not currently available)
