... the drop-menu. The 'List' is selected with a single mouse-click, which saves the setting and closes the drop-menu. The options available are:
- Queue Status - the status of calls currently 'Queued' within the 'ACD' system (only applicable for Aastra phone systems)
- Agent Group Status - the current 'Status' of the'Agents' on a 'Group' basis (only applicable for Aastra phoen systems)
- Indicator List - the current status of 'Indicators'.
- report List - displays a 'List' based on 'Group', 'List'and 'Extension' already configured within 'report X'.
- XML List - the panel will display the contents of a 'XML' feed

Once the 'List type' has been selected you will need to configure the secondary setting for the 'List Type':
- Queue Status - (only applicable for Aastra phone systems)
- Agent Group Status - (only applicable for Aastra phone systems)

- By Department - by 'Department' grouping configured within Comms Suite Setup.
